Would like to register for the hobby package/s as chosen above and herby commit to the payment and attendance of the course I have selected. I have read and understood the terms and conditions and will honour this agreement for the enrolment period as a legal document.

Terms and conditions:
Send your completed booking form to study@gardendesignschool.co.za or info@gardendesignschool.co.za along with your proof of payment for the deposit or full amount to confirm and validate a booking. The remainder of fees, if a payment option was chosen, is due 30 days & 60 days after the deposit for single packages / 60 &120 days after the deposit for both packages. Payment options carry an admin fee for each payment. Additional discounts are only applicable to the last payment, or with the approval of Irene School of School of Garden Design management. The educational products will be available in full for full payment options and will be available in sections for divided payment methods. Access to the study materials will be in accordance with the payment method, and/or 16 months after all fees have been received. By signing this form and paying the deposit, you agree to the terms and conditions, and you agree not to re-distribute, re-sell, present, alter or change, share, or publicly display any of the Irene School of Garden Design notes, videos, or materials on, or by any means/methods on any social media platform, channel, seminars or workshops: digitally or in person. Due to the nature of this educational product, deposits and fees paid to date are not fully refundable. The deposit is a fee to cover expense pertaining to course material security, courier fees, content creation, accounting fees, academic preparation, and other related items and services. The study material is not transferable. Cancellation of this agreement must be done in writing within 14 days of purchase or payment. Access to the educational products can be “frozen” for up to 3 months without re-purchasing, provided all outstanding fees are paid, notice was given in writing, and it is for discretion of Irene School of Garden Design management whose decision is final. Access can similarly be extended to accommodate unforeseen circumstances provided all outstanding fees are paid, notice was given in writing, and it is for discretion of Irene School of Garden Design management whose decision is final. Should the remainder of fees not be paid, and/or no payment arrangement is made, nor an option to freeze or extend executed, (either one, two or all three scenarios), the product offering is cancelled in its entirety, and cannot be re-established or transferred into the future. The study material is only available for the payment term period as per the chosen payment method, and/or 16 Months after fully paid for. Some materials might not form part of the Irene School of Garden Design’s offering and are complimentary. Any complementary materials, PDF’s, handbooks and notes may only be used for personal use, and may not be distributed, printed in its entirety, or sold in any form. Due to the nature of design, not all materials, imagery, visual means, photo’s, pictures, or rights belongs to Irene School of Garden design, and content remains the property of the authors, and is thus to be seen as an educational means and not part of the Irene School of Garden Design purchase. Irene School of Garden design is an informal, non-registered facilitator and provider of educational products, and do not provide or sell an education, diploma, or degree, nor guarantee or offer employment, academic recognition by other formalised bodies, or registration to voluntary or compulsory bodies. Irene School of Garden Design is an independent provider of educational products operating privately and not registered with the Council for Higher Education in RSA. The use or reference to our name as place of study may only be done so with our permission. We stive in providing accurate and relevant information but any information, study materials and online content including descriptions thereof can/may be amended or updated without notification. The educational products may aid in career exploration and advancement and may be an advantage for working within the allowed realms of residential garden design, but certain realms of the industry require a professionally registered person. The Irene School of Garden Design can not be held liable or responsible for any loss, damage, occurrence, incidents, or financial responsibility or claim of any nature or kind during or after the use of our educational product/s. Irene School of Garden design cannot be held responsible for access or unavailability of access or notes beyond our reasonable control. The packages and products are digital and online in nature, and the user must supply their own internet access, data, computers, and any other electronic wares to access and use the products offered. The educational product/s on offer excludes stationery and drawing tools. Although Irene School of Garden design may offer assistance with regards to electronic drawing and drafting means, programs, licences, notes and assistance, does not form part of the product/package offering. By signing this agreement, permission is given to handle and store personal information given above internally to the Irene School of Garden Design, and to contact students when information need to be communicated.
